Project Pricing & Payment Terms

• The Agreement: All custom solutions receive a dedicated project proposal outlining the exact deliverables and the agreed-upon investment.

• Governance: All custom project engagements are governed strictly by our standard Terms of Service, including our standard data security guidelines and our firm no-refund policy.

• Payment Structures: Unlike our ongoing flat-rate monthly subscriptions, custom projects may utilize structured milestone payments (e.g., a percentage due upfront to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery of clean books). All specific payment schedules will be explicitly locked into your project proposal prior to starting.
