Welcome to Mainline Bookkeeping. By accessing our website (mainlinebookkeeping.com) and utilizing our ongoing monthly bookkeeping services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before initiating services.
1. The Service & No Long-Term Contracts
Mainline Bookkeeping provides professional, ongoing monthly bookkeeping and ledger management services for a flat rate of $497 per month.
There are no long-term contracts or annual commitments required to use our services.
Services are provided on a flexible, month-to-month basis.
2. Payments & Onboarding
Upfront Payment: Payment for your first month of service is due upfront before onboarding, system integration, or ledger work begins.
Recurring Billing: Your account will be automatically billed every 30 days using your chosen payment method to ensure continuous, uninterrupted management of your books.
Custom Project Work: Any historical clean-up work or specialized financial projects outside the standard monthly scope will be explicitly scoped, agreed upon, and billed prior to the commencement of that specific project.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Because bookkeeping involves immediate, dedicated professional labor, software provisioning, and time allocations, Mainline Bookkeeping enforces a strict no-refund policy.
No refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits will be issued for initial onboarding fees, monthly subscription fees already processed, or completed custom project work.
If you choose to cancel your monthly service, you will retain access to your services through the end of your current paid billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your month-to-month bookkeeping service at any time. To prevent your next automatic monthly renewal, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to trevor@mainlinebookkeeping.com at least five (5) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
5. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
To maintain clean, pristine financials, Mainline Bookkeeping relies entirely on the data, bank feeds, receipts, and documentation provided by you (the client). Mainline Bookkeeping is not responsible for tax errors, filing delays, or financial discrepancies resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability
Mainline Bookkeeping provides professional record-keeping and advisory oversight. We do not provide formal legal counsel or certified CPA tax opinions. Our liability for any operational errors, omissions, or service interruptions is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client to Mainline Bookkeeping during the single month in which the issue occurred.
